Sale had to be the biggest name to change teams, as he turned in his white colored socks for red ones. Well, it’s not like he had a choice, but he certainly had to see a trade coming after a weird 2016 season filled with a ton of controversy.

As you see, I’m not worried about the dip in velocity and strikeouts or that he pitched to contact. Maybe it’ll get you more innings in the long run as the lefty has said he wasted too many pitches throwing as hard as he could. The K/9 was still above nine and you can expect another 200 plus strikeouts out of him in 2017.
