The Head-to-Head format is unlike the rotisserie format in that losing/winning happens every week. It happens with every matchup, giving in-season roster management even more importance. If you forget to start a player or remove an injured player from your roster, that might hurt your weekly matchup and turn a win into a loss. If you forget too many times, well then there goes the season, but there’s always next year.
