We have quickly entered the third week of the MLB season. Some of you may be thinking that it is still early in the season and you have not even thought about making trades or worrying about some of your big-name players. However, many Fantasy owners put a microscope over the first two weeks of the season. Have a bad two-week stretch in July and it is just a slump. Have a bad two-week stretch to start the season and a player is the biggest bust of the year. The same thing happens to those players that get off to hot starts; everyone thinks they are the big breakout of the year.
I will look at five players off to hot starts and five who are slumping in the opening weeks and help you identify if they are real. If they are, you hold, and if not, you can try to sell high. If a slumping player should bounce back you should sit tight, but if there are worries you could sell the player based on name. You know the drill!
