We’re hurtling toward December, and the month has some fantastic games in store for us, especially during the Holiday season. But, first things first. We’re heading into the fifth scoring period of the season in standard leagues, and the schedule offers a few more quirks.

There are three teams with just two scheduled games (Atlanta, Golden State and Miami). As always, you’ll want the studs like LeBron James, Josh Smith and Dwyane Wade active from those teams, regardless of the scoring format, but those more marginal players such as Shane Battier, Mario Chalmers, Carl Landry, Zaza Pachulia, etc., just to name a few, might be better off languishing on your bench, especially in cumulative formats.
