BUY LOW: DeMarcus Cousins (Sacramento). Cousins doesn’t have a good reputation and because of that he might come at a discount. Less than one month into the season, Cousins has served a two-game suspension for an incident with Spurs broadcaster Sean Elliott and was ejected from game on Sunday against Utah. He knocked the ball out of the hands of Utah’s Enes Kanter late in third quarter after a foul was called. The played was stopped and Cousins got a technical foul. Cousins got ejected after trying to plead his case to an official. Unless Cousins said something harsh to the official, it didn’t seem like he acted in a manner that warranted an ejection. He has five technical fouls already, and an owner of Cousins might panic. He has been a little disappointing so far, as he was expected to take a bigger leap after a strong finish last season. Cousins is averaging 16.4 points, 9.2 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.5 steals, 0.7 blocks and 2.7 turnovers. He is shooting 43.2 percent from the field and 68.1 percent from the foul line. Over his last six games, Cousins has scored 14 or less in four games, one double-digit rebound game and just three blocks. Take advantage and try to get him cheaply now.
