Fantasy Sports Network to Launch on MTS Ultimate TV on March 4, 2014
TORONTO, ON–(Marketwired – Jan 29, 2014) – The world’s first-ever 24-hour Fantasy Sports Television Network (FNTSY) announced it will be launching on MTS Ultimate TV® on March 4, 2014.
Fantasy Sports Network will be available on MTS Ultimate TV on channels 190 (SD) and 1190 (HD).
Owned by Anthem Media Group Inc., a global leader in operating niche television channels on linear, digital and mobile platforms, Fantasy Sports Network will begin serving its content on video platforms throughout North America, offering interactive fantasy sports programming for a wide range of today’s sports enthusiasts in a linear TV stream and future application and video-on-demand capability.
Fantasy Sports Network will be the first television network to have live studio programming, call-in shows, panels, celebrity and expert drafts, reality programming and on-site commentary from sports venues, all specifically targeted towards the estimated 40 million people who play fantasy sports annually and on a daily basis.
