What Happened:Detroit Lions's quarterback Matthew Stafford is becoming more doubtful for playing this weekend at Green Bay against the Packers. Stafford was injured last week during the Pittsburgh Steelers game. This means that backup QB Daunte Culpepper may start instead of Stafford.
What it Means:The injury to Detroit Lions' quarterback Matthew Stafford has limited him in practice this week. Backup Daunte Culpepper should be considered as a fantasy starter only if options are limited. Culpepper last faced the Packers in 2005 where he threw for 280 yards and two touchdowns. The possible absence of injured Lions' star wide receiver Calvin Johnson will also need to be considered before choosing Culpepper.
