LeBron James to Score 25+ Points +100
- LeBron James needs no introduction, especially when it comes to playoff basketball. At 40, the Lakers star continues to dominate, averaging 24.4 points, 8.2 assists, and 7.8 rebounds, while shooting 51.3% from field goal range and 37.6% from three.
- The versatile forward finished Saturday’s matchup with 19 points, but with the Lakers’ squad struggling, take his Game 1 struggles with a grain of salt.
- Under no circumstances do I see James allowing the Lakers to lose the first two games at home. I expect the future Hall of Famer to take this game over and be aggressive from the tip-off to set the tone, which gives me faith that he will exceed the 25-point mark.
Luka Doncic 4+ Threes Made +102
- In Saturday’s loss, Luka Doncic was one of the lone bright spots for the Lakers, finishing with 37 points and eight rebounds, while shooting 12/22 from the field goal range, including five threes.
- First-year head coach JJ Redick has made it clear he wants Doncic to stay aggressive on offense, and the Slovenian star has done precisely that, which bodes well for him to knock down 4+ triples on Tuesday.
- Doncic has finished with 4+ threes in three straight games, and five of his last six.
Naz Reid 15+ Points +182
- Naz Reid has been one of the best bench players in the league over the last couple of seasons but continues to fly under the radar.
- The LSU product is averaging 14.2 points on the season, shooting 46.2% from field goal range and 37.9% from three.
- On Saturday, Reid finished with 23 points, shooting 8/12 from field goal range and 6/9 from beyond the arc.
- With Reid recording more minutes than Rudy Gobert on Saturday, it seems like he may be head coach Chris Finch’s preferred big man in this matchup. If that proves to be true on Tuesday, expect Reid to have plenty of opportunities on offense, which only increases his chances of recording 15+ points.
