2018 Fantasy Football ADP Duel: Michael Thomas vs. Keenan Allen

Over the last couple of seasons we have seen the once dominant wide receiver position fade and lose prominence to the more running back heavy drafting strategy. But, depending on where you select in the first round, you could zig when others are zagging. Starting your draft by going receiver heavy, especially in PPR formats, could prove to be a sound strategy to help you win your league in 2018. We all know of the “Zero RB” strategy that rose to fame in recent years, but as the backs come flying off the board, the best players available could very well be receivers.

At the turn of the first round and into the second, two players really stand out based on current ADP (provided by FantasyPros). Michael Thomas and Keenan Allen are studs at the position and locking either one of them up as your WR1 gives you a safe floor of production on a weekly basis.
