2018 Fantasy Football Bold Predictions
Bold Predictions are fun, sure, but they also need to be rooted in a bit of realism. It would be a waste of your time to predict that Eli Manning bounces back and even has the best season of his career on the way to being the No. 1 quarterback. Honestly, it would be a waste of my time coming up with nonsense like that as well. If I wanted to write fiction, I would have paid better attention in ENG201. In any case, as has become tradition, it’s time for my 32 Bold Predictions for the Fantasy Football season – one for each team – with a few extra fun stingers in there for you.
Arizona Cardinals – Josh Rosen Starts 10 or More Games
Calling My Bluff? Many assume that Sam Bradford will be under center Week 1 for the Cardinals. This isn’t injury related; this is talent, draft investment and forward-thinking related. Rosen is the most NFL ready quarterback from this class and for the past few seasons. The Cardinals traded up to secure their future at the position, and Rosen has the talent to outperform Bradford, even as a rookie. It wouldn’t be the first time an offseason signing gets unseated by a rookie (Latavius Murray – Dalvin Cook)… and won’t be the last from this draft (stay tuned).
