Marcus Vick Represents on Twitter

Mike Cardano Senior Fantasy Analyst November 6, 2012 8:29AM EDT

Did Marcus do more harm than good or simply state the obvious?

During the first half of last night’s Eagles vs. Saints game a Twitter user believed to be Marcus Vick (Michael Vick’s younger brother) sent out a series of tweets begging for the Philadelphia Eagles to trade his brother and criticizing the Philly offensive line. Marcus if you remember followed in his brothers footsteps at Virginia Tech and had a cup of coffee with the Miami Dolphins playing in one game in 2006.

The first tweet Vick sent out was subsequently deleted, perhaps after the elder Vick spoke to his brother advising him that he may be doing more harm than good in voicing his opinion, but the others remain.

Please trade my brother,” tweeted the younger Vick. “We requesting out of Philly!!!! Please please please……”

Here are some of the others… You can go to his Twitter handle to check out the entire chain…
Marcus Vick@MVFive This not even an NFL type of O-line. What happen to the hogs the Eagles had last year and year before? Call Winston Justice back n Jamal J
Marcus Vick@MVFive Who want to take shots to the head over and over when all the other qbs don’t. Look at Eli Manning he only been knockdown a few times.
Marcus Vick@MVFive I don’t want to see brother with brain problems by the time he 45. Everybody have a job to do so do it. They all professionals
Marcus Vick@MVFive Only reason I said trade was bc I hear all that Nick Foles talk. Honestly who is he? What was his college record at Arizona?

I don’t know about Vick’s grammar and diction, but the dude make’s some valid points.
