FNTSY on Xbox: Ryan Tannehill, Russell Wilson and Chris Johnson

Scott Engel Managing Director August 20, 2015 8:28AM EST

This week, as viewed in the video clip above from the RotoExperts in the Morning SiriusXM Fantasy Sports Radio simulcast on the Fantasy Sports Network (FNTSY), we talked about the promising Fantasy outlook for Ryan Tannehill, and concerns about Russell Wilson. Beginning today, you can view these segments as part of full RotoExperts viewing blocks on Video On Demand on your Xbox One or Xbox 360 using the new FNTSY app on Xbox Live.

In this FNTSY on Xbox clip, which can also be viewed as part of the RotoExperts August 19 show on your console, I mentioned how I have started to push Tannehill up in my rankings. After watching Miami’s preseason opener, I was reminded that he can be an additional threat running out of the read option this year. The Miami offense will also be very up-tempo and run a lot of plays, and the weaponry at Tannehill’s disposal has definitely improved, so he is just outside the Top 8 at QB in my updated rankings in the Xclusive Edge package. Adam Ronis has been backing Tannehill for the entire preseason, and has him 10th.

Wilson’s offensive line has looked shakier than usual in the preseason so far, and I discussed how that could cause me to bump him down a bit from No. 4 in my ranks if the situation does not improve soon. Adam talked about how Wilson is no longer a value selection after having the best Fantasy season of his career in 2014.

In the bonus clip below, Gregg Sussman and I discuss in-depth Arizona’s signing of veteran RB Chris Johnson and how it will affect the Fantasy outlook of the Cardinals backfield. Neither one of us is expecting much from Chris Johnson after he flamed out with the Jets, but now the outlook of rookie RB David Johnson has dimmed. We talk about whether we would still draft the first-year RB in this segment, from the August 17 RotoExperts block that is now viewable on your FNTSY app on Xbox One and Xbox 360.

You can now watch this and many other segments from the RotoExperts in the Morning every day on your Xbox console. If you missed the show this morning, want to see it again, or view it on video for the first time, all you need to do is go to Xbox Live and download the new FNTSY app. You’ll also find other programs such as Fantasy Sports Today, the flagship program on FNTSY. So enjoy a taste of what you’ll now get on Xbox One and Xbox 360 above. Make sure to check in daily for more full RotoExperts in the Morning shows on your Xbox console.
