Heading into the final week before the start of the regular season, we are now in crunch-time for Fantasy Football drafts. Many of us have last-minute drafts, and these tend to be the most difficult to participate in. Players that  that were available just a week or two ago at a decent ADP have now shot up draft boards, making them less enticing.

Both Hopkins and Matthews have had exceptional preseasons and are looking to keep the momentum rolling into the regular season. But which should hold the advantage over the other in your rankings? The third-year receiver with lingering questions at quarterback, or the second-year wideout looking to build on an outstanding rookie year in an explosive offense? I take a look at the numbers to determine which you should be grabbing first.
