Cecil Shorts is still seeing the most targets of any receiver from Blake Bortles, but Allen Robinson is almost his equal and his share of the looks are of higher quality and deeper downfield. Treat both as PPR stalwarts with Robinson possessing slightly higher upside… Andrew Hawkins finally scored!!! What a hero. Like with Shorts and Robinson, receivers exposed to enough weekly opportunity will eventually become consistent producers. Hawkins has seen 9+ targets in every game but one  … Brandon LaFell explodes every second week. Apparently, that’s his bag, baby. LaFell’s worth owning, that’s evident, but counting on consistent production from any Patriot not named Tom Brady or GRONKSMASH is rather foolish. LaFell is a perfect WR5 to have on your squad; one that can be forced into duty if you need him…  There’s no reasonable explanation for Malcom Floyd being so widely available. Please, pick him up. I’m beggin’ ya… Everyone’s already fallen in love with Donte Moncrief without even getting to know him first. Mistake. The rook has unquestionable upside, but what happens to his role when Reggie Wayne returns, huh? I’ll tell ya, it shrinks. Unless there’s some breaking news that Wayne is finished for his career, Moncrief will tumble into that Jordan Matthews/John Brown/Eddie Royal WR3-on-their-own-team purgatory: Valuable to own because of ceiling, but won’t see enough consistent opportunity to trust in your starting lineup on the regular. Moncrief is going to cost a lot of FAAB bucks to obtain on the Week 9 waiver wire, and frankly, he’s not going to be worth the sticker price… If Doug Baldwin remains unowned in your league, be happy he didn’t score a TD against Carolina, it would have driven up his price. Since the Percy Harvin trade it’s been made abundantly clear Baldy is Russell Wilson’s primary read – 18 targets in two games. As long as the personnel remains the same in Seattle, Baldwin’s a Top 30 PPR WR/Top 40 Standard WR for the rest of the season. While I’m still a big fan Jermaine Kearse’s talent, he’s nothing more than a project due to his lack of looks…If you failed to jump on Martavis Bryant after his breakout last Monday, you may want to reconsider that. It’s doubtful Ben Roethlisberger will challenge the single game NFL passing record every week, but I’d wager it’s Markus Wheaton’s workload that will become a casualty rather than Bryant’s. There’s a vacancy for the tertiary looks after Antonio Brown and Le’Veon Bell in the Steelers’ offense, and it’s a role Bryant could fill moving forward. Worth an upside bench gamble… Brian Quick appears as if he’ll miss significant time with an arm injury. I’d recommend Kenny Britt as the HOT PICKUP, but then you’d have to own a piece of the Rams’ passing game. And, generally, that results in failure. Britt’s worth a buck or two if you need WRs or are dealing with massive bye week problems… With the Giants on bye in Week 8, some may have forgotten about Odell Beckham Jr. Don’t be one of those people.
