Matt Ryan (Falcons) at Saints: Ryan is the QB2 behind only Cam Newton through two weeks. He passed for 334 yards with two touchdowns in Week 1 against the Buccaneers and went into Oakland last week and threw for 396 yards and three touchdowns. Ryan gets a great matchup against a porous Saints defense that is missing their two best cornerbacks.
Philip Rivers (Chargers) at Colts: The Colts’ defense is a mess and littered with injuries. They are allowing quarterbacks to complete 73.6 percent of passes. Rivers took advantage of a bad Jaguars defense last week with four passing touchdowns and despite losing Keenan Allen and Danny Woodhead, Rivers still has Travis Benjamin, Tyrell Williams, Antonio Gates (could sit with hamstring injury) and Melvin Gordon. He has enough to take advantage of bad defenses.
