***Tuesday Update***

I feel bad for you, Mike James owners for the world. After benching James in an awful match up last week in Seattle – only to watch him explode – you started him with confidence against the Dolphins. He finished with 5 carries for 41 yards and a fractured ankle, ending up on the IR before the final whistle blew. Ouch. So now we’re left with Brian Leonard and Bobby Rainey as the new hot pick ups. But which one to take? Honestly, it’s tough to know right now, and concrete information about the issue likely won’t be available before having to make the choice on which one to blow your FAAB budget or high waiver priority on. So it’s guesswork, and I choo-choo choose you, Bobby Rainey. Granted, Leonard is definitely the safer choice, especially in PPR formats because of his outstanding pass catching ability and solidified role on 3rd downs. But as Tampa was closing out the Dolphins, we got a lethal dose Rainey being fed the ball; only ceding way to Leonard when he needed a rest. I’m gambling on him getting the larger piece of the time share, and behind that offensive line that was dominating the point of attack, that has real value.

If you didn’t listen to me the first 10 weeks of the season and failed to stash Andre Brown, go ahead and feel like an idiot, you’ve earned it. Didn’t expect Brown’s easing back into the Giants gameplan to be 30 carries, but Peyton Hillis’ early fumble earned him a permanent spot of the bench, and Brown took advantage. If you’re desperate for an RB2 consider emptying your FAABY bank on him. If he can remain healthy (not something he’s not been the best at in his career) Brown is a legit Top 20 option at the position the rest of the season… Ben Tate is a must add because of his starting gig, but I’m not really a believer in his talent. He’s OK, nothing more. And if Sunday is any indication, the Texans new redzone offense won’t resemble the one previously run with Matt Schaub and Arian Foster around; Houston seems content throwing for six these days. Dennis Johnson becomes the new Tate: The handcuff to own. He’s also a nice stash in deeper leagues if you need depth… Andre Ellington is never going to be a reliable Fantasy back this season – hate to tell ya. (Actually, I don’t. I quite enjoy it) Love Juke’s talent, but his limited workload makes him nothing more than a FLEX play, at best… Many will forget about Chris Ogbonnaya coming out of the bye, but I haven’t. Willis McGahee is awful and, eventually, someone on the Browns coaching staff is going to stop giving him 20 touches a game. The Og Dawg won’t be immediately startable, but the stars are aligning for him to be serviceable coming down the stretch. Know Ogbonnaya’s more valuable in PPR; he’s a tremendous pass catcher… If you own Trent Richardson, and Donald Brown is available, make that exchange. Neither are great options mind you, but Brown’s work in the passing game will make him more relevant moving forward… If you decide to spend money on Mark Ingram… I pray for your soul. Don’t believe me? Then spend your money on him, start him next week and watch him get 9 carries for 5 yards and a lose a fumble. That’s Ingram in a nutshell. He’s not to be trusted, like leaving your wife alone in a room with Tony Parker.

WIDE RECEIVERS (31:55)

  1. Riley Cooper ($19)
  2. Aaron Dobson ($9)
  3. Emmanuel Sanders ($5)
  4. Jarrett Boykin ($11)
  5. Doug Baldwin ($8)
  6. Harry Douglas ($27)
  7. Kendall Wright ($5)
  8. Nate Burleson ($0)
  9. Michael Crabtree ($1)
  10. Mike Brown ($3)
  11. Marvin Jones ($1)
  12. Rocket Rishard Matthews ($7)
  13. Santonio Holmes ($0)
  14. Lance Moore ($2)
  15. David Nelson ($0)
  16. Kenny Stills ($2)
  17. Tavon Austin ($1)
  18. Mario Manningham ($1)
  19. Mohamed Sanu ($0)
  20. Kris Durham ($0)
  21. Greg Little ($0)
  22. Cole Beasley ($1)
  23. Jermaine Kearse ($0)
  24. The Walls Of Jericho Cotchery ($0)
  25. Cordarrelle Patterson ($1)
  26. Marquise Goodwin ($0)
  27. Justin Hunter ($0)
  28. Nate Washington ($0)
  29. Robert Meachem ($0)
  30. Tiquan Underwood ($0)
  31. Ace Sanders ($0)
  32. Darrius Heyward-Bey ($1)
  33. Griff Whalen ($0)
  34. LaVon Brazill ($0)
  35. T.J. Graham ($0)
  36. Dexter McCluster ($0)

Everyone is going to be lining up to waste their bucks on Tavon Austin. Don’t be one of those people. It’s easy to get duped by his explosive play making ability, but Sunday was an aberration, and a low percentage one at that; considering he played just 15 of the Rams 60 offensive snaps. Now, I would add him if he didn’t cost much, but that’s just not going to be the case. Stay away… Riley Cooper’s been a fixture in the Power Rankings whenever Nick Foles is heading the Eagles offense, and it looks like that gig is now Foles’ to run with. Gotta grab Cooper… Aaron Dobson has a brutal matchup against the Panthers Monday night, but he needs to be owned regardless, even if he takes a seat on your bench this week. With defenses now having to account for Rob Gronkowski AND Danny Amendola, Dobson is seeing some pretty lax coverage on the outside… Jarrett Boykin was the most dropped player in Fantasy entering Week 10, that was a mistake… Don’t be overly concerned with Percy Harvin’s (eventual) return making an impact on Doug Baldwin. Baldwin will continue to man the outside and seems to have the best rapport with Russell Wilson than all the other receivers. For the second straight week, Baldy led Seattle in targets with 8. Jermaine Kearse has earned the right to be called “Jermaine” not “Jevon” after his big day against Atlanta. Only for this week, though. All of his scoring basically came off a weird gadget play and he only finished with 4 total targets. I like his talent, but he’s the one who that will disappear when Harvin comes back… Bad week for the COLONEL, Emmanuel Sanders, no matter. He’s still a quality low end WR3… Ryan Fitzpatrick brought the FITZMAGIC to Kendall Wright. Wright persists as one of the more underrated PPR players in the league. After his 7-78 showing against the Jags, Wright’s now hauled in at least 5 receptions in seven of eight games. And keep the name Justin Hunter on your radar as well. Fitzpatrick was looking for him over Nate Washington. He only mustered two catches for 51 yards, but did see seven passes come his way… Stevie Johnson’s groin and Robert Woods’ leg may make Marquise Goodwin and T.J. Graham Buffalo’s starting receivers in Week 11. Uggggggggggg. Neither is good per se, but they’ll have a ton of opportunity, and the Jets don’t really defend the pass all that well… Only the other side of that Bills/Jets clash, Santonio Holmes will likely be back in uniform, which could be valuable. He’s posted one good game in 2013: 5-154-1. Against, who else, the mighty Bills… I’m still in on Marvin Jones and Mike Brown, except now you’ll be able to buy their services for a lot less than last week. They both fell victim to weird circumstances Sunday. Jones, wind. Brown, no passing.

TIGHT ENDS (1:02:50)

  1. Jordan Reed ($23)
  2. Tim Wright ($12)
  3. Coby Fleener ($4)
  4. John Carlson
  5. Garrett Graham ($1)
  6. Charles DICE Clay ($2)
  7. Delaine Walker ($0)
  8. Brandon Pettigrew ($0)
  9. Rob Housler ($0)
  10. Zack Ertz ($0)
  11. Chris Gragg ($0)
  12. Scott Chandler ($0)
  13. Anthony Fasano ($0)
  14. Marcedes Lewis ($0)

No real changes at tight end. Jordan Reed remains BY FAR the best pickup at the position… Tim Wright is second best, and he too is on a tier by himself… John Carlson is an interesting name however. Many will pull the classic waiver bid fail and completely forget the Thursday nighter ever existed. If you’ve been playing roulette at tight end, the ball just dropped on Carlson for the next few weeks, at least while Kyle Rudolph is off being comfy in street clothes…  Delaine Walker was a non-factor until he too got some FITZMAGIC in his life. With “The Brain” in the game, the TE/H-Back soaked up 62 yards on 7 targets… Apparently, Chris Gragg is a real person. How do I know this? Because I’m one of 19 people on the globe who actually sat through that travesty of a game in Pittsburgh. Under center for the first time since Week 6, E.J. Manuel was looking for Gragg, not Scott Chandler. And it resulted in a TD.

QUARTERBACKS (52:10)

  1. Nick Foles ($27)
  2. Mike Glennon ($0)
  3. On the Case Keenum ($5)
  4. Andy Dalton ($7)
  5. Carson Palmer ($0)
  6. Terrelle Pryor ($3)
  7. Ryan Tannehill ($0)
  8. Alex Smith ($0)
  9. Jason Campbell ($0)
  10. Scott Tolzien ($0)
  11. Christian Ponder ($0)

Nick Foles now has 16 TDs to 0 INTs. I hear that’s not bad. Although, he’s been super fluky with a lot of passes… Don’t worry about what “Secret Good” Mike Glennon does in the Monday nighter – good or bad – it’s irrelevant. Atlanta can’t play pass defense. The Falcons have given up multiple touchdowns to opposing quarterbacks in every game this season. Including Glennon back in Week 7… Case Kennum now has 6 TDs and no picks in two starts. He’s also chucking it up 38 times a game and averaging 20 yards with his legs. NEWS FLASH: He’s actually good, and gets to take advantage of the Raiders this week… He’s been brutal the last two weeks, but Andy Dalton is still a solid backup… Need a low upside, steady QB for the week? Carson Palmer draws Jacksonville, the second most generous defense to Fantasy QBs. Plus, Palmer’s been adequate lately, tossing 2 TDs in three of his last four.

DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAMS (1:05:45)

  1. ARZ at JAX ($3)
  2. NYJ at BUF ($2)
  3. DET at PIT ($0)
  4. IND at TEN ($0)
  5. BUF vs NYJ ($0)
  6. NO vs SF ($0)
  7. HOU vs OAK ($0)

The available defensive streams are all about equal this week. I like Arizona’s scoring ability once the turnovers happen, hence its place atop the rankings summit… E.J. Manuel was awful against the Steelers, and now he’s likely without Stevie Johnson and Robert Woods. Gross… Don’t give up on the Colts D just yet, they’ve been a good unit all season, in any game that isn’t against the Rams, that is. I expect them to be dropped on mass after Sunday’s debacle, make that your gain… Oh, and Buffalo draws #GENOPICKS. Geno’s been the QB to stream against in seven of his nine games. I mean, even when he scores TDs he still tries to throw picks.
