Week 2 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire: John Ross, Raheem Mostert And More
(Most) of Week One is in the books! Things went rather well for RotoExperts subscribers as Malcolm Brown, Sammy Watkins and Lamar Jackson had amazing days to set themselves up for success for the rest of the year. Of course, fantasy football is never that easy. You might have lost Tevin Coleman or Joe Mixon to an injury, suffered through Mike Evans or Sony Michel giving you nothing despite tremendous matchups or hundreds of other maladies that befall fantasy football owners and causes them to run to the fantasy football waiver wire.
Early on in the season, I am trying to prioritize potential difference-makers on the fantasy football waiver wire. There are always going to be borderline wide receivers who pop up with a big game (looking at you John Ross) that are popular adds on the fantasy football waiver wire but end up not being long-term fantasy starters. After the first week, I am looking for difference makers at running back and wide receiver with the other positions (quarterback and tight end) taking slightly less precedence unless there is a potential league winner out there.
