Week Four Fantasy Football Workshop: Rest Of Season Updates, Trade Targets And Adjustments

Every week, after the Monday Night Football game commences, fantasy football players get down to the important work: updating rankings, making Waiver Wire bids, altering projections and figuring out injury news. The earlier in the season it is, the more important your reaction to change is. You should have a pretty good idea of where your teams stand after three weeks. You likely have some 0-3 teams and hopefully some 3-0 teams as well. As an overview, the better off a team is, the more aggressive you can be with your bench spots. Justice Hill, Malcolm Brown and Tony Pollard are ideal bench candidates for teams that are looking like they will make the playoffs. For 0-3 or 1-2 teams, you should be looking to get more production in total on your roster and in your starting lineup. Keep that in mind as you peruse this weeks Fantasy Football Workshop.

Each week, in the Fantasy Football Workshop, I will be updating the RotoExperts projections and rest-of-season rankings while dropping fantasy football-relevant news and notes, snap counts, volume reports and all the needed notable information to help all of us dominate our fantasy football leagues.
